Marc's Stores

"I love Marc's but they can't be so hard up for help they keep Layla (sp?) on the payroll. With about 7 people in line, she stood two lines over shuffling produce, not checking out customers, and arrogantly talking about how she could take her greatness elsewhere as if she is LeBron James, and this job is worthless. She was called to the customer service desk. When she returned, I had finished checking out. I told her I hope her day gets better and she chuckled. I said no I mean it wholeheartedly because her negativity didn't make checkout an enjoyable experience for anyone. She yelled at me that she was doing her job and as I headed out the door she said "that's right, keep walking" in an inciting and (I assume what was meant to be) intimidating tone. This was beyond rude and unprofessional. If she can take her talents elsewhere - LET HER."

"Marc's in Alliance, Ohio is my go-to spot for all my shopping needs! The store is always well-stocked with great deals, and I love that I can find everything from groceries to home goods in one place. The staff is friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience smooth every time. The prices are unbeatable, especially in the closeout section. However this place only has self checkout, plus in the spot they put it, it's very difficult to unload and load groceries, and sadly there are only two of them so you have to wait in line for self check out, while there're two staff members perfectly capable of running two checkouts just standing around awkwardly. Not their fault though it's the person who came up with that idiotic idea. Other than that, this place is a great place to go shopping."
